 For security reasons, when contacting the Personal Trainer and prior to Home-Visit-Assessment all Customers will provide the following: valid LANDLINE telephone number,  valid document as proof of IDENTITY and ADDRESS of the caller, the aforementioned documentation shall be Emailed when an appointment has been arranged. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of the appointment.
